KINDERGARTEN 1    : Born in 2008
KINDERGARTEN 2    : Born in 2007

PRIMARY 1   : Born in 2006

PRIMARY 2  : Born in 2005

PRIMARY  3 : Born in 2004

PRIMARY 4 : Born in 2003

PRIMARY 5 : Born in 2002

Note:
1.Competency test:
a. English & Indonesian: the alphabet, complete the missing words, matching words to picture, basic reading &   writing skills
b. Math: numbers and simple addition.
c. Psychological test

Time of the test is scheduled twice in a month.

2. Complete and provide the following items & form:
- Admission form
- a copy of birth certificate
- a copy of family member card (KK)
- a copy of parent identity card
- 3 color photographs of size 3 x 4
