syafana.com Alhamdulillah, The Breakfasting Event 2011 was successfully done on Saturday, August 20th, 2011. This event was held to build good relations between school, teachers, parents, and students. Also to encourage the students’ creativity especially in Islamic values.
The event started at 3.45 pm-6.00 pm, open by reciting the Holly Qur’an by Diarsa and Nadine from P2. There were many performances held in this event, such as Tahfizh Performance by every level. From P1 students, they were reciting of short surahs such as An-Naas, Al-Quraisy, etc. From P2 students, they were reciting Q.S. Al-Mursalat, P3 students with Q.S. Ash-Shoof, and lastly P4 students with Q.S. Ar-Rahman.
Besides Tahfizh Performances, there were Asmaul Husna performance by P2 students, reciting the 99 names of Allah SWT. Fayaz from P4 performing Arabic speech and Fabian from P3 with English speech, representing our school’s languages, which are English and Arabic.
P4 students performing poetry and shalawat, continued with poetry performance by Farah from P2. Islamic song was performed by P3 students, remind us to worship 5 times a day and say thank you to Allah for everything that we do.
This event also presented the winners from Independence Day Competitions that had already been held on Tuesday, August 16th, 2011. Lastly, the event closed by P1 students. They were reciting the brekfasting suplication that our prophet Muhammad SAW taught us.
Hopefully with this event, we can build better relations between school, teachers, parents, and students. Also, to encourage the students to be creative and to give all their best.
