Alhamdulillah in Campus A, we’ve celebrated the Independence Day on August 19 & 20 2010. There were several competition for students, like: collect the balls (1st winner, Syakira – PG Hasan), find the carrots (1st winner, Jasmine – PG Hasan), move the flags (1st winner, Q – K1 Ustman), spoons competition (1st winner, Jihan – K1 Abu Bakar), marble competition (1st winner, Nayla – K1 Umar), take the flags on spider web (1st winner, Dalil – K2 Ali), colouring (1st winner, Helma – K2 Amru), catching eels competition (1st winner, Zaky – K2 Ali), also Yelling competition for K1 level (1st winner, K1 Umar) & K2 level 91st winner, K2 Hamzah). Eventhough some of the K2 students were fasting in Ramadhan Month, they seemed excited about the competition. We hope this program could build our children’s nationalism since childhood and proud as an Indonesian.
Syafana Islamic School Graha Raya Campus also celebrated Independence Day events successfully. It was on Saturday, August 21, 2010. W had many kinds of competitions for each level, there were moving balls, collage and arrange donut tower for Playgroup level. For K1 level we had colouring, wearing socks and finding spoon in the water. Alhamdulillah all the students were enthusiastic with the competitions and enjoyed it. Their parents also supported it. Congratulations to the winner, Merdeka!
